Maria Stenfors will from time to time present an exhibition where she invites a gallery artist to curate and select a theme or artists to be shown, giving an angle of that particular artist's influences and indulgences in that moment in time. By this, it links artists and practices that otherwise are unlikely to be shown together, therefore giving an insight into the invited artist's particular practice, from an angle different to that of a solo exhibition.

Gavin Wade, artist and curator and founding director of eastside Projects, Birmingham. His recent projects include narrative show, a five act exhibition.

Michelle Deignan’s new and recent work takes on the construction and easy acceptance of imagery’s presentation, the swallowed syntax and now unspoken tricks that are accepted as the normal mode of address. Her moving image and photographic work draws on elements of the documentary, placing them slightly askew, or more prominently on an audiovisual pedestal, to make them more than a bit self-conscious of their apparent authority. They speak, both explicitly and evidently, of their own inception and construction.

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce that its April 2011 art exhibition is now posted and online on their website. The theme for the Light Space & Time art exhibition is “Botanicals”.

The submission process for the artists began in the middle of February and ended on March 29, 2011. There were more than 414 entries that were judged. Congratulations to the following artists who have been designated as this month’s winners. Due to the high volume and the quality of the entries 50 Special Recognition awards were also designated.
