Gesturally and intuitively she sprays structures on canvas or directly on walls and scrutinises the traditional definition of painting - without brush, but with her own, reduced signature.</p> <p>Renée Levi uses the spray can as her tool and creates linear shapes in space that present themselves twinkle-toed, but with exceptional intensity and which remind one of ornaments and type faces.
