Since nearly four years Konstantin Schneider as "BERLINER KUNSTKONSTAKTER" is whirling through vernissages and across art fairs all over the world. A hard hat with a handy camcorder mounted on top became the trademark of his continuous performance.

Since the first time he started to an art fair outside Europe in 2008, the artist is also documenting very private moments on his journeys. This happens because of the urge, to oppose all the photos of him made by enthusiastic art lovers, with something own.

In the advertising business Schneider has learnt to work fast and sticks to it also in the slower art world. Exactly therefore he risks to start already now the attempt of an "prehistoriography" of his work. Schneider's quotations to art history are fraught with surprises.
